About Liz
Liz Stuart: Real Estate Professional, Community Leader, and Military Veteran Liz Stuart is a dedicated real estate professional with a proven track record of helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties across Fayetteville and beyond. As a proud member of Tier One Real Estate Services—one of the top teams in the area—Liz has been recognized as a top producer for the past two years. Her priority is always to make the real estate process as seamless and stress-free as possible for her clients. “I understand the unique challenges military families face during a move,” Liz says. “Having experienced multiple PCS relocations myself, I’m committed to helping others transition smoothly as they settle into the Fayetteville and Fort Liberty area.” Beyond her real estate expertise, Liz is deeply connected to the local community, where she and her family have made their home. Her daughter, a student at Jack Britt High School, is a talented travel softball player and a key member the Jack Britt High School Softball Team. Her son, a student at John Griffin Middle School, has a passion for chess and fitness. Liz is currently transitioning into retirement after nearly 20 years of military service, concluding her career at the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) at Fort Bragg, NC. During her time at Fort Bragg, Liz also served with the 3rd Special Forces Group and 1st Special Forces Command. Her service took her across the globe, including assignments in Vicenza, Italy; Washington, D.C.; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Junction City, Kansas. As a Human Resources Technician, Liz honed the discipline, organizational skills, and dedication that she now applies to her real estate work. In addition to her professional commitments, Liz is an active volunteer in the community. She gives her time to local sporting events, sponsors teams, and supports various military initiatives. Liz is proud to contribute to organizations such as the Joint Special Operations Association, the Warrant Officer Association, and the Adjutant General Corps Regimental Association. Outside of work and volunteering, Liz stays driven by her passion for fitness. Having completed marathons around the world, she is a living testament to perseverance and dedication. When asked to describe herself in three words, Liz says, “Ambitious, outgoing, and grateful.” Looking to buy or sell a home?
